We are no longer taking bookings for Covid or Flu vaccinations.
I don't want the vaccinations
If you want to decline the vaccination, you can let us know by contcating the surgery either by phone, in person, via letter or submitting a Rapid Health form (Questions and admin > Ask a question). This will stop us inviting you again.
Housebound vaccinations
All patients who are registered as housebound have now been contacted .
